The Wheel of Life is a simple but powerful tool that helps you increase your awareness of several important aspects of life, helping you become more aware about where you are strong and where you are still weak. You can then work with a coach to become strong in all these areas!
1. Make the Wheel of Life your own by changing it in some way. (See the form at the top of this page.) When you're satisfied, press the "Hide the configuration form!" button. Then print it out.
2. Reflect on each of the aspects, and circle one of the words depending on whether you're strong, weak or unsure in that regard. If the situation is really bad, you can circle “Alarm!”.
3. Work with a coach until they're all strong and you can connect the circled words “strong” to form a nice strong circle.
